Accessory Trends for This Year

Dresses that fly the spotlights with a cheerful atmosphere dominate bright colors and prints with bold silhouettes. The accessories are also in the fun! Think of voluminous platforms, bright bags, and a more-is-more jewelry aesthetic that combines beads, beads, and rhinestones. By the way, purple has been having fun for a while (I told you guys!)- it is the shade 2022 in all colors, from the very Peri color of the year from Pantone to saturated shades of violet and lavender. I’ve compiled some of my favorite accessory trends I’ve seen on the slopes of 2022.

Wide belts

I already loved it, I love my Loewe wide belt. It is the gift that passes on! It’s a fantastic way to create an hourglass silhouette or break a monochrome palette. You can wear this trend in many ways, but my favorite option is with a blazer. To make the most of this oversized accessory, opt for something black or brown.

Purple Bags

This season is all about bright pops of color, and there’s no better way to do it than with jewel tones (you know I love them). Purple bags of all sizes will instantly brighten up any outfit, regardless of the other shades that you add to the mix. Stay true to the color wheel and combine it with similar shades, such as blue or pink. Alternatively, you can do everything with something at the opposite end of the spectrum, such as yellow, green, or orange. If all else fails, a classic monochrome ensemble will turn gray (as I did in this video on the left), and black or white will make the violet talk everything.

Green accessories

Green is once again the shade that gets the upper hand. From neon colors to neutral olive and bottle colors, there is a way to incorporate green into any outfit. Sandals or green boots are a good choice all year round. If shoes and bags are out of your league, maybe a cool pair of sunglasses will do!

Large Baggy Bags

The little bumbags had their day. It’s really about the amount of things you can wear. Judging by the bag Jodie hobo from Bottega-a lot. I can’t deny that I’m in padded pockets, easy ways to get out and at the end of the day they are suitable for more things and are undeniably more practical in everyday life.

Retro frames

Keep sporty shades and opt for large seventies. The nostalgic trend of oversized sunglasses of the divas of the 60s and 70s is returning. Fortunately, they are perfect for completing literally any look. Whether they are round, rectangular or framed with a cat’s eye, they are so good.
