Back-To-Work In Style

Getting out of the euphoria of the winter holidays is not the best feeling. Instead of champagne, our cups are filled with coffee and those lazy mornings seem to be a thing of the past. Publishing a brand new diary and pulling on our work boots makes reality. However, returning to business with the energy of this New Year, we return in style.

Double-breasted coats

The weather is still cold. That’s why coats remain in my fashion vocabulary for the time being. Double-breasted coats (and blazers!) offer an immediate increase in style back to business! They are refined, structural, and elegant, right down to the recent lapel seams. If you have recently followed my IG, do you know that I bought this Vintage Mens habe? Indeed, vintage purchases in the men’s department are the best way to find these boxy and long styles. I have also listed some below that you can buy!

Leather Accents

Leather accents in work styles are often overlooked, but this is the code to bring texture to your outfit! They also bring so many chic overlays!! My favorite is a gem-colored leather skirt with matching knee-high boots! Style tip: the matching color to your stockings with your shoes will make you look taller! Ready to add freshness and texture to your looks back to work?

Boots up to the knees

Knee-high boots are crucial for the style of returning to work. As I mentioned earlier, customizing shoes with other pieces is an instant way to enhance your outfit. The “IT” boots were a bestseller in 2021, and this year is no different! Whether boots with soles or low heels, they are worth the investment. Below I have listed some that would fit perfectly into your wardrobe when you get back to work! What are your favorite work shoes ?

Tops with turtleneck

An not-known hero of the working style is the turtlenecks. Brands and designers have improved this basic wardrobe, which greatly facilitates dressing at 7 o’clock. Comfortable and chic turtlenecks are ideal for almost any combination of outfits. I had mine from Sonja Williams x Monroe Steele. Try to overlay it under a leather shirt or blazer. Coffee and ready-made turtlenecks, you have!
